Prepares reports of pending litigation to PGCB and Management.Īdvises Human Resources on employee matters and compliance on employment law matters. Oversees subpoena responses, Workman’s Compensation disputed claims, insured and uninsured litigation, discovery responses, insurance coverage, claims made against the Company, including regular communication and requests of outside counsel.Ensures that all Company service and operating standards are consistently met. Supports the Chief Legal Officer in handling legal matters on behalf of the company. Ensures that the Company operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
